Digonest Core is the secure bridge between your WordPress website and your Digonest purchases. Install it once, activate your licence key, and manage compatible plugins, themes and website packages from one dashboard.
Digonest Core Plugin
Download and install Digonest Core, activate your licence, and securely install, activate and update purchased products.
Before you start
- A WordPress website where you can install plugins.
- Administrator access to the WordPress dashboard.
- Your Digonest licence key from the Order Received page or licence email.
- A recent backup before installing or updating production-site products.
Download Digonest Core
- Open your Digonest order confirmation or customer download area.
- Locate Digonest Core Plugin.
- Download the plugin ZIP file to your computer. Do not extract the ZIP before uploading it to WordPress.
Tip: Keep the original ZIP file. WordPress expects the packaged ZIP during plugin installation.
Install Digonest Core in WordPress
- Sign in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
- Select the Digonest Core ZIP file and choose Install Now.
- After installation completes, choose Activate Plugin.
Activate your licence
- Open the Digonest Core screen in your WordPress dashboard.
- Copy the licence key shown on your Digonest Order Received page.
- Paste the key into the licence field and choose Activate Licence.
- Wait for the success confirmation before leaving the page.
One key for licensed products: Products purchased with the same customer email may be connected to the same Digonest licence key.
View your purchased products
After licence activation, open the Digonest Core products screen. Compatible purchases connected to the licence will appear with their current access and installation status.
- Available: The product can be installed.
- Installed: Product files are present on the website.
- Active: The installed product is enabled on the website.
- Update available: A newer package is available from Digonest.
Install a purchased product
- Find the product in Digonest Core.
- Review the product name and access status.
- Choose Install and keep the browser tab open while WordPress downloads and installs the package.
- Confirm that the product changes to the installed state.
Activate a product
When activation is supported, choose Activate after installation. WordPress will enable the plugin or switch to the selected theme. Review your website immediately after activating a theme or a feature-heavy plugin.
Update products safely
- Create a current backup of the website and database.
- Review the available version in Digonest Core.
- Choose Update and wait for the confirmation.
- Clear website/CDN caches and test the affected pages.
Licence and site access
Your selected plan controls how many websites may use a licensed product. If activation is rejected because the site limit has been reached, review existing site activations before trying again.
Troubleshooting
Licence key is not accepted
Check for spaces before or after the key, confirm that the order uses the same customer email, and make sure the website can make outbound HTTPS requests.
Purchased product is missing
Refresh the Digonest Core products screen, confirm that the product is licensed, and verify that the same licence key from the order is active on the website.
Installation fails
Confirm that WordPress can write to the plugins or themes directory, enough disk space is available, and no security plugin is blocking the download request.
Update does not appear
Refresh the product list, clear WordPress transients/cache, and confirm that the licence remains active.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate licence key for every product?
No. When the licensing server connects new licensed purchases to an existing customer licence, the same key can be used for those licensed products.
Can I install Digonest Core on another website?
Yes, when your purchased plan and site limit allow it.
Should I delete Digonest Core after installing a product?
Keep Digonest Core installed if you want licence verification, product access and future update management from the same dashboard.
